Course Sharing
Share a course with another organization, which imports it as their own copy.
What it is
A course can be shared cross-org. The receiving org imports a copy, which it then owns and can edit independently — no shared mutable state between orgs.
Use
From a course, generate a share link/token. The receiving org's admin opens it to import a copy into their own course list.
Setup
From a course's editor, generate a share link and send it to the receiving org. Their admin opens the link to import a copy; no action is needed on the source org's side.
Security
- Sharing copies, it never links: the receiving org gets its own record, so edits in one org never affect the other.
- Share tokens are validated and scoped; an import always lands in the receiving org's tenancy.
