Your personal AI Readiness Assessment

The personal readiness assessment is a first-person self-check about your own habits and skills, not your organization. Thirty rating questions, ten each across the strategist (leadership), architect (engineering), and operator (everyday knowledge work) tracks, ask how strongly a statement describes you, from writing a clear prompt to turning a business problem into an AI use case.

It is separate from the organizational Assessment Surveys: those are built, sent, and dissected by admins and describe the org as a whole. This one is yours alone, and it works for any account, including a single-seat individual with no organization.

• Open it from Your learning paths (the Take it card) or go straight to /readiness.
• Answer each question on a 1-5 scale. The page shows your progress and requires every question before scoring.
• Your result appears instantly: an overall readiness score out of 100 and a per-track score, each banded as Beginning, Developing, or Ready.
• Recommended courses are picked from your lowest-scoring tracks and shown with the reason they were chosen. Each is linked to its lesson, and they also appear on your /learn page as a Recommended for you list.
• If you belong to an organization, your recommendations also include published org custom courses for your weakest tracks, in addition to the built-in curriculum. A course is included when its primary track or any of its learning paths matches a track where you scored below Ready. Courses that live only on a custom learning path (one of your org's own paths, not the three built-in tracks) are surfaced too, since the scored tracks cannot rate them. Members of no organization still see only the built-in curriculum.
• Retake any time: a new result overwrites the previous one.

Nothing to configure. The assessment is available whenever you are signed in, on every plan, and needs no organization, no admin, and no AI key. Scoring is fully deterministic: your 1-5 answers are averaged per track, normalized to a 0-100 scale, banded, and mapped onto the built-in curriculum.

• The assessment is self-scoped: you can only read and write your own, and it is keyed to your account, never to an org.
• Answers are numeric ratings only (no free text), validated server-side to the 1-5 scale, so nothing personally identifying beyond your self-reported skill level is stored.
• Scoring and assignment run entirely on the server, deterministically, with no model call and no external data.
• Recommendations are stored only on your own readiness assessment record, separate from your learning progress and XP, so nothing can overwrite your earned XP or completion.
