Momentum Board

The Momentum board lists everyone in your organization who has not opted out, each with their total score and a 'longest streak' badge. The badge reflects that member's longest consecutive run of passing days (a graded exercise passed at a score of 70 or above counts as one passing day) across their entire history, not just a recent window and not their current streak.

Open Momentum from the top navigation. Every member appears with their name, total score (in XP), and a longest-streak badge that tiers by length, a first streak, then 7, 14, and 30 or more days.

It is deliberately not a ranked leaderboard: there is no position number, no ordering by score, and no 'bottom'. Everyone who is visible is celebrated on equal footing for their own sustained progress.

Members can opt out of appearing using the Hide me control on the board; Show me brings them back.

No setup is required. The board is on by default for every organization and can be turned off by an admin under Admin, Organization Settings (the Momentum board switch).

• The board is org-scoped: it only ever lists members of the signed-in caller's organization, and the enabled/visibility gates are checked server-side.
• Member names are encrypted at rest and decrypted only server-side for display, never exposed in any other path.
• A member's Hide me / Show me choice is stored server-side and enforced on every read, so an opted-out member is never included in the roster for any viewer.
